As described above, all Visiting Postdoctoral Scholars must sign a Stanford Patent and Copyright Agreement.  The SU-18A is an alternative to Stanford’s regular agreement in the event that the Visiting Postdoctoral Scholar has a prior obligation to another organization regarding the disclosure and assignment of intellectual property.
