The department is located on campus at the Center for Academic Medicine (CAM). Visitor parking is available in the building garage on a pay-by-the-hour basis.

Caltrain connects Stanford Medical with the Peninsula via the Palo Alto stop. Stanford's free Marguerite Shuttle MC Line serves the department's offices on Quarry Rd.
