Stanford Profiles: combines a profile directory with a social networking back end to support collaboration among Stanford individuals.

Stanford Accounts:

  • manage your directory contact information (displayed in Stanford Discover)
  • manage email settings such as vacation autoreply
  • change your password (required for HIPAA compliance)
  • manage your two-step authentication

School of Medicine Faculty Development and Diversity Office: offers information and resources to develop all faculty to their fullest potential as academic, clinical, and community leaders and to promote the recruitment and retention of diverse faculty.

Axess: Review and update information in your electronic record.  Submit grades, review evaluations, and monitor advisees. Staff members can monitor financial and benefit information and register for training courses.

MedHub – Residency Management System for Stanford Hospital and Clinics, which tracks and documents program and resident activities relating to institutional reimbursement and program accreditation.  Evaluations of faculty by residents are collected via MedHub.
