Application Overview

The Faculty Billets application allows for the management and tracking of School of Medicine Professoriate billets, from position creation to closure. This application also tracks faculty search statuses and allows departments to view all of their billets, in all statuses, at a glance to assist with downstream faculty planning.

Populations and Actions Supported

Professoriate Faculty

Departments can use the Faculty Billets application to monitor the following information:

  • Faculty search status
  • The number and status of billets owned by their organization
