FSAT Overview

The FSAT system is used to improve faculty recruiting efficiency and effectiveness for search committee members and hiring administrators. It allows search committee members and staff to advance faculty job requisitions - from creating and posting openings to reviewing and evaluating applicants. The system maintains compliance with federal regulaions on demographic reporting, ensuring that departments bring in the most diverse pool of applicants and make hiring decisions without bias.

All Professoriate searches must be conducted in FSAT. Departments may use FSAT for Clinician Educator searches at their discretion.

The University Provost's Office manages the FSAT system, with University IT providing operational support.
