An Advanced Clinical Experience (ACE) offered through the Department of Anesthesia are designed for anesthesiologists who wish to obtain more experience in the subspecialties listed.  Those who engage in an ACE are appointed as attendings through the Faculty Affairs Office.  These positions are not classified as fellowship or postdoc training appointments, therefore a certificate of completion is not provided by the registrar.  A letter of completion from the chair or faculty director can be provided following the ACE appointment.
