Please notify your Research Process Manager (RPM) or Fellowship Manager immediately of your intent to submit an application so budget preparation and PDRF routing processes can begin.  We recommend notifying RMG 4-6 weeks in advance of the sponsor deadline.

To ensure timely budget development and contract negotiation for industry-funded clinical trials, please note the following:

Clinical Trial contracts that must be completed before December 31, 2018:

Contact your CT RPM, CT CO or CCTO Financial Analyst if you have    questions about processing of clinical trials.

If you are not already working with a Clinical Trial RPM or CCTO    Financial Analyst on a final budget for your industry-funded study, it will    be extremely unlikely that we will be able to complete the study budget    and contract before the December 12 deadline.

In the event of an emergency during the closure, please leave a voicemail message at 650-725-0661.  Be sure to leave a call-back number.  Voicemail will be monitored, and your call will be returned.
