Institutional Training Grants are designed to provide individual research training opportunities (including international) to trainees at the undergraduate, graduate, and postdoctoral levels. The grant offsets the cost of stipends, tuition and fees, and training related expenses, including health insurance, for the appointed trainees in accordance with the approved NIH support levels.

(NEW!) Training Grant Data System (TGDS)
The Training Grant Data System automates the collection and organization of information needed for the Data Tables of an NIH Institutional Research Training Grant (T32) application/renewal and progress/final report. The Data Tables are also utilized by other NIH training grants: K12/KL2, R25, T15, and T35.
It has proven to be an effective method to share knowledge and experience on all aspects of the training grants submission process.
