Searchable Funding Databases

This webpage contains searchable funding opportunity databases. Stanford University subscribes to two services, Pivot and Grant Forward, so researchers and staff may set up accounts and use these databases.

GrantForward

To help our community find and learn about relevant funding opportunities, RDO has signed up for a trial with GrantForward, a funding search and grant recommendation service. It provides a database of more than 89,000 grants from over 20,000 sponsors updated daily. In addition to searching for grants by keywords and advanced filters, GrantForward also recommends grants based on your research interests.

To get started with GrantForward, you can either sign up directly on the site or complete the form below with your basic info to start receiving monthly grant recommendations tailored to your research needs via email. To request GrantForward staff create your account, please take 5 minutes to complete this Auto Account and Profile Creation Request form. You’ll then receive your account credentials from GrantForward to sign in.

For your quick reference, attached is a Researcher Welcome Guide. You can also find additional tutorials on GrantForward’s support page at: https://www.grantforward.com/support.
