Application Process
The Interventional Cardiology Fellowship Program will be accepting applications through ERAS (Electronic Residency Application System) https://students-residents.aamc.org/applying-fellowships-eras/applying-fellowships-eras
Interviews will be held virtually through Zoom during the month of September and October (dates TBD).
Program Requirements
- Completion and passing of all three USMLE steps
- ABIM board certified or board eligible in general adult cardiology
- The accepted applicant must obtain a California medical license
- A valid ECFMG certificate for all foreign medical graduates
- Only J-1 visas accepted
- Successful completion of ACGME accredited Cardiovascular Disease Fellowship training is required

- Curriculum vitae
- Statement of professional and investigative interest (limit: one page)
- USMLE Transcript (Steps 1-3)
- Medical School Transcript
- ECFMG certificate for all foreign medical graduates
- Letters of Recommendation uploaded on ERAS (3)
- One of the 3 letters must be from Cardiology Fellowship Program Director or Chief of Cardiology
- Two other letters from cardiology faculty
