  • We have a longitudinal curriculum, activities and resources to support resident wellness. These include:
    • Discussing topics important to being a physician, including the patient experience, professional identity, and challenges in the healthcare environment.
    • Providing peer support as residents develop their professional identity as a physician
    • Promoting professional growth and development through reflection on clinical experiences as a life-long practice
