BioSci Careers’ connections and event engagement opportunities with employer and alum partners for recruiting and company promotion with the Stanford Biosciences Community. All rates are subject to change and depend on company status and sector. Become a partner to maximize your presence on campus and receive reduced event costs. Career Engagements and Event Programming
Employer Office Hours: The most intentional recruiting interaction with Stanford students and trainees. An opportunity to meet 1:1 and discuss job or internship openings and expectations with potential applicants. The flexible schedule and format allow for coaching and guidance for the application and interview process or purposeful networking with future candidates. Event promotion and outreach, appointment schedules, and reservations in a learning space with technology support are arranged by BioSci Careers. There is no time constraint, and a virtual option is available.
Industry Insights: A 1-hour showcase of opportunities from employers representing various sectors and industries. Industry Insights provides opportunities for students and trainees to understand further advancements in scientific research, technologies, and professional opportunities. This event consists of a formal presentation introducing the company mission, values, and culture, and a spotlight on exciting advances or innovation is followed by a facilitated question and answer session with a reception. Event promotion and outreach, reservation in a learning space with technology support, and catering are arranged by BioSci Careers, and a virtual option is available.
Employer Pop-ups!: BioSci Careers hosts a quarterly kiosk to meet and interact with the Biosciences community. Employers can “pop up” and sponsor their very own kiosks. It is an outdoor setup near a quad or heavy foot-traffic walkway to provide information or engage in interactive discussions with Biosciences students and trainees. It is an engaging and informal way to promote job or internship opportunities and network. Event promotion and outreach are conducted by BioSci Careers. The reservation for space, the equipment such as tables, chairs, or umbrellas, and catering are arranged all by BioSci Careers. There is no time constraint.
Professional Networking Hours: A social setting on or off-campus, in a relaxed environment to support networking and opportunities to connect with prospective applicants. Event space reservation, catering, and promotion and outreach are arranged by BioSci Careers. There is no time constraint.
Open House: This is the most customary event and opportunity to partner with BioSci Careers to bring meaningful career exploration topics beyond recruitment and hiring. Open House is a themed symposia-style event with panel breakouts covering company focus areas, divisions, and specific work culture topics. Relevant discussions on diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging are encouraged. Event space reservations with technology support, catering, and promotion and outreach are arranged by BioSci Careers. There is no time constraint, and a virtual option is available.
Additional Connections Opportunities
Industry Onsites: Invite us to your local office for a site visit and tour. An Industry Onsite is an excellent way for Stanford students and trainees to meet members of your team from various roles and learn about innovative technologies, work culture, career opportunities, and the latest laboratory and scientific research updates.

BioSci Partnership Packages
A full academic year of unlimited premium listing of jobs and internships in the weekly newsletter to students and trainees, sponsor-level registration for four representatives to attend BBIE or the Startup Fair, an Industry Insight, and a Pop-up! Note: the Pop-up! can be substituted by Networking Hours or in place of a customized event type.

- Evergreen Partner packages are for startups, non-profit, government, or academic institutions with restricted funding sources.
