Stanford Cancer Institute Retreat

The Stanford Cancer Institute (SCI) Retreat is an annual gathering of SCI members, students, and post-graduates enrolled in a cancer training program to share the most exciting innovations in cancer research and foster collaboration in our dynamic community. The retreat featured talks by fellow members, breakout sessions, poster sessions, professional headshots, and an annual update by Steve Artandi, MD, PhD, director of the Stanford Cancer Institute.

Over 330 SCI members, staff, and trainees participated in the 2024 retreat. The retreat featured presentations on Cancer Engineering & AI, Genomics & Population Sciences, Cancer Biology & Immunology, and Drug Development.

In addition, researchers showcased their work during a vibrant poster session, with prizes awarded to the top posters. You can view photos of the 2024 retreat here.
