Presented by the Clinical Operations Director, this meeting covers CCTO-relevant research focused topics, including updates on key staff initiatives, reviewing existing and new processes, and providing informational presentations by internal CCTO groups to ensure workflow transparency and collaboration.
The CCTO All-Staff meeting is geared toward all clinical, administrative, and operational staff within the department. Presented by the CCTO Executive Administrative Director, this meeting focuses on disseminating high-level information from CCTO and Cancer Institute leadership, particularly highlighting key organization-wide initiatives, significant survey and data findings, and timely updates on newly implemented or future procedures and operational systems.
The CCTO Redwood City Staff Meeting is geared toward financial, regulatory, and OnCore staff. These meetings are presented by the Services Director, who will be disseminating high level information from leadership from all areas of the Cancer Institute to discuss relevant educational and operational topics.
