The Invisible Frontline: Recognizing the Contribution of Non-Clinical Workers in Healthcare

In this interactive workshop, participants will learn to recognize the importance of the contribution of non-clinical healthcare workers. They will create tools to overcome the existing hierarchies and barriers to effective interpersonal relationships and develop strategies to foster a culture of inclusion in the healthcare work environment.

This workshop will be facilitated by current LEAD+ Scholars and was first featured at the 6th Annual Diversity and Inclusion Forum.
