AAMC StandPoint Survey
In Spring 2018, Stanford School of Medicine (SoM) faculty participated in the American Association of Medical Colleges (AAMC) StandPoint faculty satisfaction and engagement benchmarking survey.
Stanford SoM also participated in the inaugural 2009 survey administration and again in 2014 – these prior administrations were known as the AAMC Faculty Forward faculty satisfaction and engagement benchmarking survey.

Department Mentorship Programs
OFDD provides department trainings and consultation on creating mentorship programs.
This includes advising on mentorship program design including mentoring agreements, mentoring guides, and a mentorship self-assessment tool as well as in-person training on effective mentorship for both mentors and mentees.
