Stanford Transfer Center
The Stanford Transfer Center is open every day to coordinate transfers through the Stanford Health Care system. The transfer center serves both Stanford Health Care in Palo Alto and Stanford Health Care Tri-Valley in Pleasanton.
At Stanford Health Care Tri-Valley, highly trained and experienced teams are available to accept transfers for the following specialties:
Cardiothoracic Surgery, Colorectal Surgery, Gastroenterology/Advanced Gastroenterology (EUS/ERCP), Hepatology, Interventional Radiology, Orthopedic Spine Surgery, Pulmonology Critical Care Medicine (ICU), Thoracic Surgery, and Vascular Surgery.
