Community

While the majority of outpatient visits occur within the footprint of Lucile Packard Children's Hospital at Stanford, there are extensive programs for providing expert consultation and outreach by members of the division of Pediatric Cardiology.

Formal Pediatric Cardiology outreach clinics are held monthly at Community Hospital of the Monterey Peninsula (CHOMP) in Monterey, and every other month in San Luis Obispo. An arrhythmia clinic is held monthly at Children's Hospital Central California in Madera, as well as 2-3 times a year in Honolulu.

Remote echocardiography services (“Tele-echo”) are provided for facilities in Modesto, Salinas, Monterey, Redwood City, and in Billings, Montana.
