Heart Center Grand Rounds
Heart Center Grand Rounds is a monthly lecture series that aligns with our Heart Center mission of providing world-class clinical care, advancing knowledge, and training the next generation of leaders. This series offers presentations by renowned local, national and international healthcare professionals on late-breaking research, critical review of guidelines, and expert commentary, with goal of providing knowledge & strategies that foster changes in practice & improvements in patient outcomes.
At the conclusion of this activity, learners should be able to:
- Incorporate current guidelines with new clinical evidence to develop an appropriate management plan for patients with cardiovascular disease.
- Initiate improvements to optimize patient care.
- Critically evaluate new clinical and basic science research related to cardiovascular medicine.
