Diagnostic and Interventional Catheterization
Dr. Stanton Perry heads the interventional catheterization program with Dr. Lynn Peng. They perform a variety of procedures including valvuloplasty, angioplasty, stent placement, and ASD/PFO/VSD/PDA device closure. The laboratory performs about 1000+ catheterizations per year, of which about 60% are interventional procedures. In this program, new investigational procedures and devices are routinely evaluated in an extensive clinical research program.
