Clerkships

Stanford Medical School offers a maximum of three months of elective rotations to students who are currently enrolled in their fourth or final year MD program at a school accredited by the Liaison Committee on Medical Education or Education Department of the American Osteopathic Association (for details, see the Office of Medical Student Affairs site).

All visiting rotations are scheduled through the School of Medicine Registrar's Office. Visiting students are scheduled during the time specified for each quarter, because Stanford medical students have priority in taking these electives.
