Neurology Faculty Mentorship & Sponsorship Program

- Details: Following a departmental retreat in May 2022, the Department of Neurology revamped its mentorship program in 2023. Notable enhancements include (1) optional inclusion of all Associate Professors and Clinical Associate Professors as mentees, with mentorship from peer Associate/Clinical Associate Professors or full Professors; (2) formal incorporation of sponsorship into the goals of the program; (3) 15-20 minute presentations on topics related to mentorship and sponsorship at six Departmental faculty meetings per year.
- Mandatory mentees: All Assistant Professors and Clinical Assistant Professors
Optional mentees: All Associate Professors and Clinical Associate Professors.
