  • Realizing Improvement through Team Empowerment (RITE)

    RITE is a training program focused on supporting the efforts of frontline teams to complete improvement projects. It is geared towards maximizing the likelihood of project success, efficient use of time and resources, and education of participants in a positive supportive environment. Focused on clinical quality improvement. Open to Stanford Medicine faculty of all ranks and lines.

  • Clinical Effectiveness Leadership Training (CELT)

    CELT is intended for clinical and administrative leaders to obtain the skills and tools needed to become a healthcare improvement leader. Open to Stanford Medicine faculty of all ranks and lines.

  • Advanced Course in Improvement Science (ACIS)

    The Stanford Medicine Center for Improvement (SMCI) Advanced Course in Improvement Science (ACIS) is a 20-day course for those who have a strong improvement background and whose work focuses on improvement or who use advanced improvement tools and techniques in their work on a regular basis. Open to Stanford Medicine faculty of all ranks and lines.
