Faculty Staff Help Center
Stanford’s Faculty and Staff Center offers a variety of services for the Stanford community including counseling, workshops, discussion groups, facilitated conversations, consultation and training, and retreat facilitation. Open to Stanford Medicine faculty of all ranks and lines.

OAA Faculty Advisory and Support Panel
Members of the Faculty Advisory and Support Panel are available for any faculty member for an advice and support conversation. Individual faculty may contact any of the panel’s members directly by email. Conversations will have the same confidential protection as any faculty career development process. Office of the Ombudsperson
The office assists members of the School of Medicine community with any work-related difficulty, including interpersonal conflict or misunderstandings, as well as academic or administrative concerns. Open to Stanford Medicine faculty of all ranks and lines.

Physician Resource Network (PRN) Support
PRN’s purpose is to provide Stanford physicians and trainees with timely, confidential, independent, legally protected one-to-one collegial support and resources to help deal with the clinical, professional and personal challenges so often experienced by physicians. PRN supporters are trained Stanford Medicine faculty volunteers from a variety of specialties who understand the stressors that exist in the environment and are committed to connecting as peers supporters with faculty and trainees upon request.
