Starting Up Your Research Group SURGE II
- Group: Faculty who have managed groups for at least 2 years
- Affiliation: Office of Academic Affairs
- How to join: Pre-register for sessions online
- Logistics: 7 sessions. 35-40 hours. 4-5 month period. Winter Quarter and/or Spring Quarter.
- Details: This course entails didactic as well as hands-on workshops, in addition to individual leadership assessment and coaching from a certified internal coach.
- Open to: Newly appointed assistant professors with research labs
