This cohort-based course provides leadership training for assistant professors who have successfully completed SURGE. This year, the course will include online didactic lessons, as well as three hands-on workshops with faculty speakers, in addition to individual leadership assessment and coaching.
The following workshops will be offered starting February 2023 through March 2023. All sessions will be held from 11:00am - 1:00pm. The zoom link will be sent to the course participants directly.
