Stanford Early Enhanced Development (SEED)

- Details: Stanford Anesthesiology and Perioperative medicine has over 200 faculty members. It is common for new members of the department to take a while to feel settled and to find their academic passion.
The SEED program was introduced in 2022 to meet the needs of anesthesia faculty in their first year at Stanford. Through access to an online platform of materials and a series of educational and career development events, members are encouraged to build social connections with each other and faculty mentors and sponsors.
