Radiology Better Together Educational Series

- Details: Lack of diversity and inclusion in the fields of Radiology, Computer Sciences, Artificial Intelligence, and related research has led to biased algorithms and increased health disparities. This seminar series is designed to cultivate awareness and preparedness on topics of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) in medical imaging, AI, and imaging research. Participants in the educational series will learn DEI concepts relevant to making their work more robust, as well as preparing for stipulations in academic work, grant writing and journal requirements around transparency, DEI, and health equity.
