Professional Development Consultation Program

- Details: This one-time consultation model is designed to meet the needs of faculty who may have questions for which they can't find the answer and would benefit from brainstorming solutions with a more experienced faculty member. The goals are to create a supportive workplace by providing guidance on work related issues in a timely manner while enhancing faculty’s professional growth, workplace satisfaction and belongingness in the department. Faculty meet with the consultant for one meeting focused on a specific topic such as preparing promotion materials, career development on CE track, applying for education research funding, etc.
