Department Leadership Academy

- Details: The Academy seeks to invite faculty members to participate in a peer mentorship program focused on enhancing leadership skills. Given the positive association of faculty well-being with professional development and leadership opportunities, this program is aimed at improving professional fulfillment for faculty through joint leadership training. The Academy’s objective is to help faculty members interested in leadership roles define individual goals and challenges, and brainstorm solutions for barriers to success, while providing encouragement to their peers to continue to work on leadership skills.
