Logistics: Asynchronous and synchronous sessions occurring the first Saturday of each month during the program
Details: This 6-month cohort-based program provides a foundation of leadership competencies and professional executive coaching. Participants are equipped with frameworks to understand, practice, and cultivate effective interpersonal and leadership skills in clinical settings. By application in early fall. Program runs winter through early summer.
Open to: Early to mid-career clinical faculty across all lines, within Stanford and elsewhere
