How to join: Nomination by SoM/SHC leaders, cohort of ~40
Logistics: Six day-and-a-half long meetings during the academic year
Details: SLDP develops leaders that implement institutional strategies and meet future challenges in academic medicine.
Open to: Late assistant professors, associate professors, and full professors across all lines
