A Digital Intervention to Support Crisis Care for Adolescents
About
mBridge is recruiting young people to participate in an app-based, psychosocial intervention intended to study the effectiveness of virtual therapy for at-risk adolescents with mood symptoms.
Participants will have the opportunity to participate in an app-based psychosocial intervention and virtual group therapy setting with peers aged between 13-17 years old.

We are currently recruiting for mBridge.
Below is a list of the eligibility and exclusion criteria for prospective participants.
Participants
- Eligible participants must be adolescents (between 13-17 years of age).
- In acute crisis care (ED or outpatient crisis clinic) due to suicidal ideation or behaviors at the time of recruitment.
- Any ethnic group or gender.
- Have access to an internet connection, as meetings are held online.
- English literacy.
Exclusion Criteria
- Current co-occurring diagnosis likely to affect ability to participate including substance dependence and psychosis.
- Diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
- Do not use a smartphone.
- Currently receiving outpatient mental health services (within the past 3 months).
- Does not live within Stanford catchment area.
- Significant intellectual disability.
