StREaM Lab Graduate Student Expectations
- Understand and embrace lab’s mission.
- Sign supplemental practicum contract for 12-month period, with possibility for renewal.
- Attend mandatory weekly/biweekly (depending on need) lab meetings.
- Carry out core responsibilities which include both back-end support and patient-facing contributions to all projects.
- Co-lead 1-2 groups (virtual);
- Conduct 1-2 study intakes/visits per month (virtual or in-person);
- Actively support lab infrastructure when tasked (e.g., IRBs, recruitment, etc.)
- Work collaboratively with the StREaM team which consists of the PI (Dr. Cosgrove), multiple licensed clinical psychologists, undergraduate and post-baccalaureate research assistants, and other graduate student colleagues.
- Appreciate that access to participation on posters and manuscripts is contingent upon exemplary performance in core lab responsibilities (see above).
