COVID-19 STARR Tools

STARR is pleased to offer COVID-19 researchers a version of the Cohort Discovery and Chart Review tools limited to Stanford patients tested for COVID-19. 

This is a different database from stride, so in order to review patient charts in this database you must first save a patient list for chart review.

The only patients discoverable in this database are those who have been tested for COVID-19.

Cohort Discovery lab result counts are within the last hour

To summarize the detailed data dictionary, Chart Review displays

  • all data available from both SHC Clarity and SCH Clarity, 2-3 days old
  • lab results within the last hour
  • clinical notes and procedure reports up to midnight yesterday
  • the current problem list
  • the current medication list
