Funding Opportunities

The Stanford Medicine Children’s Health Center for IBD and Celiac Disease supports two funding opportunities to spark innovative research and development of new treatments to improve the lives of all children with IBD and celiac disease.

Intramural Seed Grants Research Program

The Stanford Medicine Children’s Health Center for IBD and Celiac Disease Intramural Research Program Seed Grants will support the work of scientists across Stanford and pivot their work toward pediatric disease and push research in novel directions to benefit children. The research awards will help fuel early-stage, high-risk, high-reward projects not yet ready for NIH or other government funding. Learn more.

Postdoc and Early Career Support Research Program

The Stanford Medicine Children’s Health Center for IBD and Celiac Disease Research Program Postdoc and Early Career Support will fund research postdoctoral fellows and instructors to conduct innovative mentored research in pediatric IBD and celiac disease.  The program aims to 1) motivate and train the next generation of pediatric IBD and celiac disease researchers and 2) position awardees to be successful applicants for future extramural career development or independent funding.
