CAR-FACS

Patient specimen (PBMC, BM and CSF) are obtained at the bedside in real time. Cells are stained with a proprietary panel to detect the percentage of CAR-T cells. Many functions determining markers are detected on the same panel. In addition to T cells, many other cell types and biomarkers of response and toxicity are investigated in real-time. We leverage full spectrum cytometry, using the Cytek Aurora instrument to determine as many markers as possible in real-time. The volumetric acquisition facilitates real-time ALC determination.
