ATAC-seq

ATAC-seq (Assay for Transposase-Accessible Chromatin by sequencing) is a technique that uses the Tn5 transposase to fragment and add sequencing primers to open chromatin sites. Sequencing on open regions of the DNA, will reveal which parts of DNA are accessible for making proteins.

CCSU has validated the assay and performs ATAC-seq in a robust and reproducible manner on cells isolated from patient tissues and sorted cells.
