How To
Voalte
Voalte is the secure messaging app used at LPCH and Stanford.
Quick Setup
- Install app: Install on iOS | Install on Android
- Enter site code: shcsfo
- Enter login (S-ID or LPCH username) and password

Paging Consults
Smartpage is the primary method for identifying consultants.
https://smartpage.stanford.edu/smartweb/
Some services use ghost pagers (e.g. p27237 for Interventional Radiology consults) which do not change and can be found by searching within Global Search tab. Other services display a rotating call schedule under the On-Call Assignments tab.
Once you have identified the appropriate person, you can page using the Smartpage website, send a page using Spok Mobile app, or find the consultant on Voalte.
Notable Exceptions
Some services maintain separate call schedules.
