From live conferences to Regularly Scheduled Series (RSS) to online courses and beyond, we can work with you to build effective meeting schedules, apply an innovative marketing strategy, create engaging asynchronous online modules, certify various RSS formats, secure educational grants, and develop a comprehensive evaluation plan.  

Our team is knowledgeable in instructional design principles and trained in guiding you to measure the outcomes of your Continuing Education (CE) activity.  Whether you are interested in identifying learner engagement strategies for a live activity or developing an online or mobile-based app or game, we can support your projects from consultation to testing to launch.  Furthermore, if you are interested in measuring higher-level outcomes (i.e. patient outcomes or population health outcomes), we can work with you to develop and execute a robust evaluation plan.

We manage the commercial support process to help you receive educational funding and in-kind support from industry while ensuring that Stanford CME activities are fully compliant with both the Standards for Commercial Support of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) and the Stanford School of Medicine Industry Interactions Policy (SIIP).

Our team has expertise in creating and executing marketing strategies for both live and online activities. We will work with you to design promotional materials such as save the date announcements, brochures, or social media graphics, advertise to medical societies through e-mails and newsletters, and develop and publish websites to promote your educational activity.
