> Register for the 2023 Optic Disc Drusen Hybrid Conference on April 17, 2023 (Monday)

The Stanford Center for Optic Disc Drusen at the Byers Eye Institute is hosting our 4th annual international conference to share laboratory and clinical advances on optic disc drusen, an orphan disease that is associated with vision loss and optic nerve calcification.  Our goal for this meeting is to seed collaborative opportunities, educate the public, and to strategize about how to rapidly advance the field.

In 2023, we will have a focus on optic nerve and retinal ganglion cell biology and mitochondria, and there will be many talks on translational vision research. In the afternoon, we will host an in-person poster session.

Registration is free. If you are interested in participating, please fill out the registration form by clicking on the link below. Those who register will receive detailed information about the meeting.

> Register for the 2023 Optic Disc Drusen Hybrid Conference

This meeting will be hybrid. Given the improved state of the COVID-19 pandemic, we anticipate no barriers for you to enjoy this meeting experience in person, which includes a poster session like 2022.  The lectures and discussions will also be available virtually through Zoom. Some of the lectures will be available at a later date in our website.

Last year we had a successful international meeting of about 450 participants from 35 countries, and this year we are hosting our third annual meeting. Please check out the 2022 lectures.

There will be swag for all presenters and a prize for the top posters. We consider your poster entry a confirmation that you, or someone in your lab, will be available at the scheduled time to present the poster. Any changes need to be communicated to us no later than 3 workdays before the meeting.

Any questions? Please send us a message by emailing OpticDiscDrusen@stanford.edu
