How many grams of carbs per meal?

Talk to your health provider since everyone has a different health status. The ADA recommends 45-60g of carbs for a meal and 15-20g per snack for people with diabetes and not on insulin therapy. If you do not have diabetes, talk to your health provider, and test out different ranges of carbs to see what gives you the highest sustained energy level, mental clarity, and satisfaction.
