Stanford Integrative Medicine Society

The Stanford Integrative Medicine Society (SIMS) is a group of Stanford-associated individuals who provide clinical care, teaching and research involving integrative medicine/whole person care approaches.  

SIMS sponsors a listserv with recent research updates, notices about meetings of interest, and information on topics relating to healthcare professional health and well-being.

The present executive council consists of three members:

Dr. Ann Ming Yeh (representing pediatric medicine)
Dr. Harise Stein (representing adult medicine)
Dr. Lauren Sue Grossman (representative to the Academic Consortium)

If you are directly affiliated with Stanford and provide clinical care, teaching or research relating to integrative medicine, or are simply interested in this field, please contact us if you would like to join SIMS.

 

 

Academic Consortium for Integrative Medicine & Health

The mission of the ACIMH is to advance integrative medicine and health through academic institutions and health systems. 

Stanford was one of the founding organizations in 1999.  Presently there are over 80 highly esteemed national and international members.

The consortium provides a venue for national education, professional networking, and research collaborations, with newsletters, annual meetings, and interest groups.

All Stanford-affiliated persons, whether SIMS members or not, and having an email address of stanford.edu, stanfordhealthcare.org, or stanfordchildrens.org, may access all of the consortium services. To sign up, contact info@imconsortium.org
