I am a neonatologist and health services researcher with interests in quality improvement and neonatal resuscitation. My mentors during research training in perinatal epidemiology, health disparities, and health services research included Dr. Jeffrey Gould at Stanford and Dr. Adams Dudley at UCSF. I am currently on faculty at the University of California San Diego / Rady Children's Hospital and continue to serve on the leadership of the California Perinatal Quality Care Collaborative (for which the data center is based at Stanford) - as the Director of Data and Research Collaboration.
