Welcome to The Laboratory of Behavioral and Cognitive Neuroscience (LBCN)
The general theme of our research is to study the functional architecture of the human brain and the dynamics of activity within and between brain regions during experimental and naturalistic settings as well as during rest and sleep. Our goal is to understand the anatomical and physiological basis for human behavior and cognitive experience and how these might be affected in patients with neurological disorders.
In our studies, we use a combination of:
- Intracranial electroencephalography (iEEG)
- Functional MRI (fMRI)
- Intracranial electrical stimulation (iES)
