Glaucoma

We offer a one or two-year, AUPO FCC-compliant glaucoma advanced training that is designed for physicians who have completed residency training in ophthalmology at the time the program commences.

Activities will consist of outpatient clinical and surgical care, inpatient consultation, didactic learning, and presentation at national conferences. Training will be tailored to the participant's previous training and future interests, including opportunities for research, teaching, and an option that includes significant time for research career development.

The glaucoma faculty, consisting of Drs. Kuldev Singh, Robert Chang, Caroline Fisher, Jeffrey Goldberg, Wen-Shin Lee, Susan Ryu, Yang Sun, and Sophia Ying Wang provide supervision. Upon completion of this training, participants will be broadly trained to diagnose and manage a variety of glaucoma diseases.

Applications for the 2024 program year are due Sept. 1, 2023.
