Bio
Ross majored in Philosophy at Haverford College. He completed his PhD on lung development in the laboratory of Mark Krasnow, in the Department of Biochemistry at Stanford. Ross returned to Stanford after five years as a group leader and Sandler Fellow at University of California, San Francisco.

Bio
Fan earned a B.S. in Biological Sciences from California State University, Fullerton in 2016. As part of his undergraduate training, he worked in Alison Miyamoto's laboratory, and was a CIRM Intern at Stanford's Institute for Stem Cell Biology and Regenerative Medicine. Fan is also a U.S. Army veteran.
