The California ECHO COVID-19 Action Network is supported by the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ) in collaboration with the Institute for Healthcare Improvement (IHI), Health Services Advisory Group (HSAG), and the Stanford School of Medicine. The purpose of this training and mentorship program is to help California providers advance improvements in COVID-19 preparedness, safety, and infection control. The weekly ECHO meetings engage providers in peer to peer learning and sharing of best practices on topics such as vaccines/vaccinations, visitation, testing, personal protective equipment (PPE), cohorting, quarantine guidelines, leadership, and emotional well-being of staff.
The deadline for eligible nursing homes to submit their invoice after completing the training requirements is September 23rd. The ECHO Institute will only be able to process payments from invoices submitted on or by this date. If your nursing homes is opting out of receiving the $6,000 compensation, please complete Compensation Opt-Out form ASAP.
