Clinical Anatomy Summer Program (CASP)
For High School Students Interested in Medical and Health Professions
The Clinical Anatomy Summer Program (CASP) at Stanford University is for high school students considering careers in medical and health-related fields, such as medicine, surgery, dentistry, EMT/paramedics, nursing, biomedical engineering, occupational therapy, physical therapy, sports medicine, and medical education.
This in-person, week-long course will introduce students to the anatomy of the human body. Students will attend lectures given by Stanford Medicine faculty, engage in hands-on anatomy lab activities, observe surgical demonstrations, and attend workshops with Stanford physicians. All CASP students must be vaccinated against COVID-19 and will be required to show proof upon registration.
This is a NON-residential program. Students are responsible for daily transportation.
Registration closes on June 15, 2022. Early registration is highly encouraged due to the limited program capacity this year.
Program Dates: August 1-5, 2022
CASP is a full-day program starting at 9 AM and ending at 3:30 PM.
Program Fee: $3,500
Includes programming and daily lunch. There is a $1000 non-refundable tuition deposit upon registration. Remaining tuition must be paid by July 1, 2022.
Students must be at least 15 at the start date of CASP.
