The Witte Lab

The Witte Lab investigates genetic epidemiology and complex trait genomics at Stanford University in the Department of Epidemiology & Population Health.


The Witte Lab uses machine learning approaches to investigate the genetic epidemiologic basis of complex diseases and traits at the Stanford University School of Medicine. Dr. Witte is a faculty member in the Departments of Epidemiology & Population Health, Biomedical Data Sciences, and Genetics (by courtesy). He is also a member of the Stanford Cancer Institute, the Canary Foundation, the Emmett Interdisciplinary Program in Environment and Resources, and the Maternal & Child Health Research Institute.
